So this is the first logo in this series. I don’t really think that Lola has that much of a personality, however as inspiration I get that Sarah Claire is going to be a casual sporty brand. The result is an open system where the use of color and the use of just the symbol or just the logotype is up to the occasion.

So here is an example of what to expect. The screencast is just one minute long and obviously in high speed, I’m fast but not that fast. The whole design took approximately 1 hour.
This summer I will design one logotype per day and film my process. The project will start the 10th of July and end the 10th of August. But for this to work I need willing clients, so here is how you apply:
• The brief must be submitted in one single tweet.
• The tweet must start with the word Brief: and include the hash-tag #logotypse (so I can find them)
• The brief must contain a reference to a character in a film or tv-series that personifies your brand.
After you tweet I will select one brief per day, design a logo and publish the result on the logotyp.se website. The file containing the logotype will be publicly available for download free of charge. You can use it or change it however you like, and that’s it. What you will see is what you will get.
Why am I doing this?
I like the craft of designing logotypes, however the value today is not in the logo creation but in the strategy around the whole brand. So I rarely design logotypes anymore as a part of my design studio. If you want to know more about me just google Tomas Seo or follow me on twitter.
