First, it appropriates elements of the all so well known control panel for media players. For us that from now on associate Nikke with this new logo, we will always be reminded of him when we turn our eyes to any media player. (The Swedish HiFi retailer "Pause" is playing a little bit in the same domain, but not as well as Tomas-Nikke) Second, the logo invites to play, that is with the logo. Not only superimposing it onto images, but also with artistic/creative play - as have been done with Google's logo. In sum, fantastic!
